We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

SendMetal supplies metal products including but not limited to aluminum, stainless steel, steel, copper, brass, and bronze in various forms. We also offer fabrication services including laser cutting and bending.

2.1 Product Descriptions

We make every effort to display products accurately. However, actual colors and finishes may vary slightly from what appears on your screen. All dimensions and specifications are approximate and subject to standard industry tolerances.

2.2 Pricing

All prices are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping, handling, or applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

2.3 Availability

Product availability is subject to change. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products at any time. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you promptly and offer alternatives or a full refund.

3.1 Order Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason. An order is not accepted until we send an order confirmation email.

3.2 Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of order unless you have an approved business account with net terms. We accept major credit cards, ACH transfers, and wire transfers. Business accounts may be eligible for net 15, 30, or 60-day terms upon credit approval.

3.3 Order Modifications

Orders may be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided processing has not begun. Custom cut or fabricated items cannot be modified or cancelled once production has started.

SendMetal is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy allows returns of stock items in original condition within 30 days. Custom cut or fabricated items are non-returnable unless defective. For complete details, please see our Returns Policy.

6.1 Product Warranty

All products are warranted to meet manufacturer specifications and industry standards at the time of delivery. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper handling, storage, or use.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SENDMETAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

6.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SendMetal, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our products or violation of these Terms.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of SendMetal or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
