Ordering

Browse our product catalog, configure your desired dimensions and quantity, and add items to your cart. At checkout, enter your shipping information and payment details. You'll receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed.

There is no minimum order amount for most products. Some specialty items or custom services may have minimum requirements, which will be clearly stated on the product page.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided processing hasn't begun. Custom cut or fabricated items cannot be modified once production has started. Contact us immediately at sales@sendmetal.com if you need to make changes.

Yes! For large orders or custom projects, contact our sales team for volume pricing. We offer competitive rates for bulk purchases and can provide formal quotes for your records.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), ACH bank transfers, and wire transfers. Business accounts may qualify for net 15, 30, or 60-day terms upon credit approval.
